MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER 

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and Marketing, the Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for marketing, advertising, branding, public relations and internal communications. The Manager develops and implements budgets and plans, sets marketing goals, and measures and reports results. The position also assumes the role of liaison between the Bank and its advertising agency.

The Marketing and Communications Manager also:

• Develops and implements annual marketing plan.
• Provides advertising, promotional and compliance support for managers and external advertising sources. Chairs the Product Development Committee.
• Assures regulatory compliance relating to marketing and advertising.
• Trains employees about bank products, services, and promotions.
• Works with advertising agency with matters relating to budget, media planning, production, and project management.
• Prepares marketing updates and updates Marketing Committee on initiatives. Administers Marketing Committee meeting and prepares meeting minutes.
• Negotiates and maintains contracts with marketing vendors.
• Manages graphical brand standards, external communication of brand message and internal compliance with brand standards. Chairs Branding Elevation & Integration Team.
• Writes, audits and updates copy for employee and customer newsletters, letters, notices, website, signage, statement messages, on hold messages, digital signage, etc.
• Assumes responsibility of Bank WebMaster.
• Assists with community and public relations activities for the Bank. Arranges special public and internal events. Prepares and sends press releases, pitch letters, media advisories and talking points.
• May act as primary contact person with media.
• Provides back-up for marketing/retail administrative assistant.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related discipline. At least three years of comprehensive marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a financial services setting.

Assistant Branch Manager – Blackstone Office  

Position Summary:
Reporting to the branch manager, the assistant branch manager (ABM) provides exceptional customer service while greeting and assisting customers and providing comprehensive banking services. This full-time position includes regular evening and Saturday work rotations.

The non-exempt ABM assists with supervising staff and branch operations; participating in conducting staff performance reviews; coordinating staff training; recommending staffing levels; and managing work schedules.

The ABM also:

• May perform teller or head teller duties as needed.
• Assists staff with complex transactions.
• Maintains knowledge of branch policies and procedures.
• Assists with end of day branch settlement.
• Helps assure ongoing and complete regulatory and security compliance.
• Assists in attaining branch and corporate business development and service goals.
• Opens and closes branch office and vault.
• Provides customer assistance with new accounts, account options and error resolution.
• Assists customers with safe deposit access.
• Interviews loan applicants, underwrites loan applications, makes recommendations for approval and completes loan documentation.
• Prepares and delivers branch reports.
• Performs cash and security audits.
• Orders and maintains branch office supplies.

Position Requirements:

This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent. An Associates or Bachelors Degree is preferred. Applicants must have ability to perform basic business math calculations and have a business-appropriate appearance. We require at least five years teller, CSR and/or related financial services experience and intermediate skill levels using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.   

PART TIME TELLER

Franklin Branch

This 17.5-hour per week position requires:
• every  Tuesday (10:00am - 4:30pm) 
• every Friday (12:00pm - 6:30pm)
• every Saturday (8:00am - 12:30pm)

The position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while cross selling quality banking products and services to individual, family and business customers.

General duties include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, treasurer’s checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and other transactions in a secure and confidential manner in compliance with policies and banking regulations.

The position requirements:

Someone who is friendly, with a business-appropriate appearance and an ability to perform basic business math calculations. Cash handling, Microsoft Office software, and computer experience is preferred. Training will be provided. (This part-time teller position is not benefit eligible.)
