Abramson joins Dean Bank as Director of Human Resources
FRANKLIN, MASSACHUSETTS, July 28, 2006

Wayne A. Cottle, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dean Bank has announced that, after the retirement of the bank’s Director of Human Resources, George Harris, Carl R. Abramson has joined the Bank as its new Human Resources Officer. Mr. Abramson comes to Dean Bank from Clark Consulting, Inc., where he was employed as a Senior Consultant. A graduate of The University of Massachusetts and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Mr. Abramson has over thirty years experience in Human Resource Administration. Mr. Abramson resides in South Easton, MA with his wife Arlene.

Dean Bank, founded in 1889, is a Massachusetts state-chartered, mutually owned institution with assets in excess of $200 million. The bank operates full-service offices in Franklin, Bellingham, Blackstone & Mendon, and a full-service educational and training facility at Tri-County Regional Vocational High School in Franklin.
