Jean Constantino hired as Branch Officer

FRANKLIN, MASSACHUSETTS, April 6, 2006

Wayne A. Cottle, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dean Bank, is pleased to announce that Jean M. Costantino has joined the bank as Branch Officer for the bank’s new full-service branch in Mendon, due to open this spring in the County Hill Plaza on Rt.16 where the bank’s Mortgage & Loan Center has existed since February 2005. Prior to joining Dean Bank, Ms. Costantino was branch manager at Westborough Bank’s Main Office. She has over twenty years of banking experience in sales, service, and branch management and received her education at the University of Lowell. Ms. Costantino has been a member of the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce where she was active in new membership recruitment and served on the School/Business Partnership Committee. She was also a member of the Millpond School Council in Westborough. Ms. Costantino resides in Hopkinton with her husband and two daughters.
