Dean Bank, in conjunction with Costello Realty, will be offering a Mortgage Open House on Monday, September 24th at Dean Bank’s Main Office, 21 Main Street in Franklin. People may stop by anytime between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. This Mortgage Open House has been designed for local residents who may be looking to refinance their existing mortgage or purchase a home and will provide information they may need in a relaxing, non-sales atmosphere. Local experienced lenders and realtors will be available for personal consultations without an appointment. Attendees can expect to leave with important information, and if they wish, a mortgage pre-approval or list of properties in their price-range as well.
