Carl Scheinman joins Dean Bank as Financial Services Manager
Scheinman has an extensive background in working with alternative retirement strategies, including 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, simple 401(k) plans, as well as life, health and disability insurance. He is also a pension consultant who advises trustees, administrators and participants in all aspects of retirement fund management. He takes a professional, mentoring approach to helping both businesses and individuals meet their financial goals. Scheinman is a graduate of Ithaca College and received a post graduate degree from Columbia University and New York State Universities at New Paltz and Stonybrook. Before beginning his career in the Financial Services industry, Scheinman enjoyed an early career in music as a teacher, band director, and fine arts administrator. A musician, skier and bridge player, Scheinman also builds computers as a hobby. He is an active member of both the Men’s Club at Chestnut Ridge and the United Chamber of Commerce. Scheinman has been a proud customer of Dean Bank for the 28 years he has lived in Franklin, and he continues to reside there with his wife Diane. Scheinman is eager to remain in the Franklin area community in order to continue servicing both his and Dean Bank’s clientele. Dean Bank is fortunate to have such a well-know and well-respected local community business leader as its new Financial Services Manager.
