Installation of Dean Bank's new Blackstone ATM complete

Test

BLACKSTONE, MASSACHUSETTS, September, 2014 … Kevin R. Goffe, President and CEO of Dean Bank announced that the installation of a new Drive-Up ATM at its Blackstone branch located at 8 Main St. has been completed.

Goffe stated: “We’ve had a presence in the Park n’ Shop Plaza since 1997 and our ATM has been there almost as long.  New technology exists to give customers a faster transaction with greater screen clarity as well as compliance with new regulations associated with the Americans With Disabilities Act.  We felt it imperative to make the investment in this new technology and we hope that users, whether customers or not, will be satisfied with the new machine.  Based on the feedback we’ve received so far, it’s safe to say “Problem Solved!”

The ATM now features an entirely new exterior design, screen layout and keypad, which will improve the overall experience for bank customers.  Goffe stated: “Our customers are all busy people who trust us to process their ATM transactions quickly and accurately.  We understand that in order to do this, they need a modern and reliable ATM that is easy to use, day or night.  We feel that the enhancement does just that as well as provide an eye-catching new look to the hundreds of potential customers that travel past our Blackstone branch every day.”
