With up to $30,806 in grant money* available, distributed funds can be used to assist with down payment or closing costs for the home of their dreams.

Also, ask us about the Housing Our Workforce program that provides eligible homebuyers with down-payment assistance of up to $25,000**.

*Equity Builder grant funds are eligible for the purchase of a primary residence located in Massachusetts and Rhode Island on the Bank's First-Time Homebuyer, MassHousing loans and other fixed-rate loans as long as the borrower does not exceed 80% of HUD Area Median Income in those counties. Recipients must attend homebuyer education/course.

** Housing Our Workforce grant funds are available to households earning more than 80% and up to 120% of HUD Area Median Income based on property location. Recipients who are first-time homebuyers must complete a homebuyer education/counseling program.
